Description: |
I am currently working as a freelance computer/network engineer, serving a customer base spread across the south essex area. The roll includes servicing home users day to day operating system faults, wireless configurations, virus/adware removals, software issues, hardware failures, backup issues etc. I also service small to medium business's in the area. This includes installation & maintenance of servers, workstations, structured data cabling, network devices, printers etc as well as the general day to day software & operating system administration. I often provide technical support via telephone or remote administration software. |

JPC Services is a computer store located on the Benfleet high road. Working at JPC has given me a great opportunity to develop customer and sales skills as well as improving my technical ability. I deal with most aspects of the day to day running of the shop including interacting with customers, repairing computers, selling and building new and refurbished computers, ordering from several suppliers and offering technical support over the phone. JPC has a high volume of on-site callouts which has allowed me to improve my fault finding skills with minimum equipment to hand. |
